How to create a user role

  1. Begin by deciding on a role for your new user. This is crucial for defining their access and responsibilities within KatanaPIM.
  2. Navigate to 'User Roles': From your dashboard, click on "Users" and then select "User Roles."
  3. In the User Roles section, click "Add New."
  4. Name the role, e.g., "Content Manager," and ensure it matches in the "System Name" field.
  5. Make sure the "Active" box is checked.
  6. Click "Save" to create the new User Role entity.
